MESAFELİ SATIŞ SÖZLEŞMESİ VE İPTAL KOŞULLARI1. TARAFLAR VE TANIMLAR SATICI (Hizmet Sağlayıcı): Nordateks OÜ (Bundan sonra "ŞİRKET" olarak anılacaktır.) Adres: Tallinn, Estonia Platform: BorsaRadarim.com internet sitesi ve bağlı hizmetleri. ALICI (Müşteri): Platform üzerinden dijital içerik, veri analizi veya eğitim hizmeti satın alan gerçek veya tüzel kişidir.2. HİZMETİN KONUSU VE KAPSAMI
İşbu sözleşme, ALICI'nın Platform üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği, aşağıda nitelikleri belirtilen dijital içerik hizmetlerinin satışı, iptali ve kullanım şartlarını düzenler. ALICI, ödeme yaparak bu koşulları peşinen kabul etmiş sayılır.3. CAYMA HAKKI İSTİSNASI (İADE POLİTİKASI)
Platform tarafından sunulan Eğitim Videoları, Finansal Veri Analizleri ve Alarm Sistemleri, yasal mevzuat gereği "Elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen gayri maddi mallar" kapsamındadır. Hizmet, ödeme onayı ile birlikte ALICI'nın erişimine anında açıldığı için, uluslararası tüketici hakları düzenlemeleri gereği geçmişe dönük ücret iadesi (cayma hakkı) mümkün değildir.4. ABONELİK İPTALİ VE FİYAT GÜNCELLEMELERİ:
İptal Hakkı: Müşteriler, mevcut aboneliklerini diledikleri zaman kullanıcı paneli üzerinden veya destek hattına yazarak iptal edebilirler. İptal işlemi, o anki fatura döneminin sonunda devreye girer. İptal tarihinden sonraki yeni dönemler için karttan ücret tahsil edilmez.Fiyat Değişikliği: ŞİRKET, piyasa koşullarına göre üyelik ücretlerinde güncelleme yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Olası fiyat artışları, Müşteri'ye e-posta veya site içi bildirimle önceden bildirilecek olup, bir sonraki yenileme döneminde geçerli olacaktır. Fiyat değişikliğini kabul etmeyen Müşteri, yeni dönem başlamadan aboneliğini ücretsiz sonlandırma hakkına sahiptir.5. YASAL SORUMLULUK VE UYUŞMAZLIK
Platformda sunulan analizler yatırım tavsiyesi değildir. İşbu sözleşmeden doğacak uyuşmazlıklarda ŞİRKET kayıtları esas alınacaktır. Ödeme altyapısı ve faturalandırma işlemleri, Estonya yasalarına tabi Nordateks OÜ tüzel kişiliği üzerinden yürütülmektedir.DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY1. PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS SELLER (Service Provider): Nordateks OÜ (Hereinafter referred to as the "COMPANY"). Address: Tallinn, Estonia Platform: BorsaRadarim.com website and related services. BUYER (Customer): The individual or corporate entity purchasing digital content, data analysis, or educational services via the Platform.2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF SERVICE
This agreement regulates the terms of sale, cancellation, and use of the digital content services ordered electronically by the BUYER via the Platform. By making a payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted these terms in advance.3. EXCEPTION TO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFUND POLICY) Educational Videos, Financial Data Analysis, and Alarm Systems offered by the Platform fall under the legal classification of "Intangible goods performed immediately in an electronic environment." Since access to the service is granted immediately upon payment approval, retroactive refunds (Right of Withdrawal) are not possible pursuant to international consumer rights regulations.4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION AND PRICE UPDATES
Cancellation Right: Customers may cancel their existing subscriptions at any time via the user panel or by contacting support. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No fees will be charged for subsequent periods following the cancellation.Price Changes: The COMPANY reserves the right to update membership fees based on market conditions. Any price increases will be notified to the Customer in advance via email or on-site notification and will be effective in the next renewal period. Customers who do not accept the price change have the right to terminate their subscription free of charge before the new period begins.5. LEGAL LIABILITY AND DISPUTES
Analyses provided on the Platform do not constitute investment advice. Company records shall be taken as the basis for any disputes arising from this agreement. Payment infrastructure and billing operations are conducted through the legal entity Nordateks OÜ, subject to Estonian laws.
